E-CLEAT™ Working Traction® is an aggressive, industrial grade ice cleat that fits easily and conveniently over all types of shoes and boots. Meant for extended outdoor use only, the E-CLEAT™ Working Traction is also lightweight and virtually inconspicuous on the user’s foot.
The traction comes from 26 aggressively exposed, or “high-profile,” tungsten carbide studs. The tungsten carbide studs are molded in for maximum durability and allow employees to walk confidently in harsh winter conditions.
By design, ice cleats and other types of traction devices can be your number one weapon against slips and falls on ice and snow. But without proper communication and training these products will not solve your problem, they’ll actually exacerbate the situation in terms of management headaches. Learn why ice cleats alone will not eliminate your slips & falls.
